In Columbus Shopping Centre, there are multiple different parcel points from various providers.

Posti’s parcel machines are located

  • In the building next to the roof park
  • at the R-kiosk
  • In Tokmanni
  • Next to S-market
  • Next to Lidl’s bottle return machine

Pakettipiste machines (Postnord, Matkahuolto and DHL) are located

  • At S-market
  • At the entrance to the parking garage on the S-market side

Budbee Box parcel machine

  • Next to the shoemaker at the entrance to the roof park

The SmartMile parcel machine (Postnord, Matkahuolto DB Schenker and DHL) is located

  • Lidl

Parcel pickup point (Posti, Postnord, Matkahuolto DB Schenker and DHL)

  • Next to K-Supermarket

Lost and found

The lost and found items are managed by the security of Columbus Shopping Centre.

Customer toilet

Customer toilets and a separate childcare room are situated on the 1st floor (Toritaso) of Columbus. The second customer toilet is located on the 2nd floor (Ankkuritaso).
